Wednesday, May 10, 2023, is National School Nurse Day! We honor our school nurses, health service technicians, and health clerks who are making a difference in the lives of students every day!

Golden Elementary opened up their cafeteria to our amazing Child Nutrition staff to host a taste test for a few items that will be on the breakfast/lunch menu next year. A few Golden Stars were able to taste, rate, and give input on selected menu items. Their opinion does matter!

Mrs. Ramirez, a lunch proctor at Falcon Ridge Elementary, is receiving a high five today. She takes care of their TK and kinder kids at during lunch each day!!  She’s amazing!

This week is National Child Nutrition Week, and we want to recognize our incredible cafeteria staff and delivery driver for ensuring our students are well-nourished and ready to learn! You are true heroes!

Today, Old Grove Farm from Redlands visited East Heritage Elementary and gave the students a "farmer's market" experience. This event was organized by our committed child nutrition team, and the students enjoyed it. They also had the opportunity to take some veggies home.

Congratulations to the cast and crew of Heritage Intermediate's production of High School Musical, Jr. Everyone did an amazing job! Way to go, Hawks!

Mr. Campbell from Lightfoot Elementary is receiving a high five today for always enthusiastically teaching his students and keeping them engaged and excited to be in class. You are amazing, Mr. Campbell!

Mrs. Lodahl, an instructional aide at Falcon Ridge, is getting a high five today! The love and dedication she shows her students does not go unnoticed. Great job, Mrs. Lodahl.

April 25 is Administrative Professionals Day! We appreciate all of the hard work our excellent administrative professionals do in the Etiwanda School District. Thank you for supporting our students, staff, and families! Take a moment and say thank you!

Teamwork makes the dream work—Mr. Zajicek and Mr. Beitler are getting a shout out from their Grapeland families today. They have made this school year memorable for their students! From slime to silly string to hosting a Watch D.O.G.S. family event. Thank you!
