Jack J. is sending a high five to Ms. Meltreger for an incredible journey over the last 3 years! She not only has a heart of gold, but also patience, creativity, compassion, and a ‘we’ve got this’ attitude, which is hard to maintain in middle school. Ms. Mel has fostered a fabulous STARS program, first at Heritage Intermediate and now at Summit Intermediate. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Thanks to her perseverance and encouragement, Jack is reading, counting money, working the STARS coffee cart, and making friends all over campus. Thank you for being you, Ms. Mel!
