We are excited to announce the opening of Etiwanda’s Child Care Summer Camp 2021!  Our summer child care program will be located at Etiwanda Colony Elementary, available from June 1 – July 30 from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and open to students currently attending grades 1-5.  Space is limited due to COVID-19 guidelines for childcare.  We  anticipate having space for 100 students.  If more than 100 families complete the interest form, a lottery will take place for enrollment.

In response to modified COVID-19 hybrid-virtual employment schedules for families working outside of the home, families may select and reserve single days or full five-day weeks for childcare during the 2021 summer program. Child care will not include any field trips for the summer due to size and space restrictions with local venues and transportation costs.  Program fees for the summer program for 2021 reflect the changes to the program.

To add your name and family to the Interest List, please click on the link below to complete the form.  Child care will open the Interest List to  families starting May 3rd and ending May 9th. Enrollment will be verified through email starting May 10th. Families that are not able to enroll or have completed the Interest Form after May 10 will be placed on a waiting list.  As space becomes available, families on the interest list will be contacted.

Students must be enrolled in the Etiwanda School District to be eligible for Child Care. The Etiwanda School District PLUS Before and After School Child Care program provides quality care in a safe and nurturing environment for school-aged children enrolled in the Etiwanda School District. The staff provides enrichment activities in art, music, literature, and physical education. Time is also allocated to allow students sufficient time to work on their homework assignments. Child Care staff is available to assist students and may communicate with teachers. Snacks are provided daily. Parents are always welcome to visit Child Care centers to learn more about our program. The program operates under the authority of the Etiwanda School District.
