Please use proper upper and lower case letters when entering information. Online enrollment is NOT for CLOUDS. Please visit the CLOUDS website for more information.

Online enrollment is the first step in the process to enroll a new student. You must have a valid address within the Etiwanda School District boundaries to use this system. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school. Documents for students in grades 1-8 may be submitted to the school office from 5/1/19 to 5/24/19 (office closes for summer). Office will re-open on 7/24/19.

(available at school office).

The Etiwanda School District has determined that it is in the best interest of a child to enroll in TK with a start date of January 6, 2020, if their fifth birthday falls between December 3 and December 31 during the same school year. For TK students with birthdates between December 3 and December 31, we will accept online registration in November; however, students will not start TK until after winter break. Note: TK classroom campus location will be determined by space availability. Families will be notified of school placement by December 19, 2019.

Parents of returning students must complete the annual online Data Confirmation under Student Info in their Aeries Parent Portal prior to obtaining student’s class assignment. The online Data Confirmation window will be 7/1/19-7/28/19 (only for parents of returning students). Class Assignments will be available at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 7/29/19, for TK and K and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 8/1/19, for all students. First day of school is on Monday, 8/5/19.

State Requirements

Under a state law known as SB277, beginning January 1, 2016, exemptions based on personal beliefs will no longer be an option for the vaccines that are currently required for entry into child care or school in California.
